These terms cover your use of DigiLog. Using the service means you accept them.
A record-keeping tool for vehicle maintenance. You enter what has been done to your vehicle; DigiLog stores it, compares it against a maintenance schedule, and summarises the result as a grade.
That grade is a summary of what you have recorded. It is not an inspection, a valuation, a warranty, or a statement that the vehicle is roadworthy.
Maintenance schedules in DigiLog are general defaults, not the manufacturer's specification for your exact vehicle, engine or market. Always check the manufacturer's handbook and a qualified mechanic before acting on any due date shown here.
Nothing in the app is a substitute for a professional inspection or for legally required testing in your country.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us via the support page if you think someone else has access to it.
Only record vehicles and documents you are entitled to. Don't upload anything unlawful, and don't upload other people's personal information without their agreement.
You keep ownership of everything you enter and upload. You grant us only what is needed to run the service - storing your records, displaying them back to you, and, if you choose to use invoice scanning, passing that image to the provider described in the privacy policy.
DigiLog is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service - including decisions made on the basis of a grade or a due date shown in it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service for others.
DigiLog is developed in Zurich, Switzerland, and these terms are governed by Swiss law.
